Business It Leader & Senior Consultant
I’m Simone Lorenzetti, a Business IT Leader and Senior Consultant with extensive experience managing teams and complex projects in both national and international environments. I hold a degree in Information Sciences from the University of Milan and a specialization in Strategic Digital Pharma Marketing, having developed over the years a comprehensive view of digital innovation spanning technology, processes, data, and people.
A significant part of my career has been spent in structured organizations, where I coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives and transformation programs across core platforms and processes. This has enabled me to build strong capabilities in connecting business priorities with IT architecture, execution, and change management.
Today, I work as an Executive Advisor for digital and technology transformation, supporting companies in the Healthcare and Retail sectors in leading complex, multi-stakeholder innovation programs—from defining strategic direction to delivering initiatives in practice.
